In an era of uncertain markets, Omni-Metro Development, LLC, a Northern Virginia new home builder and construction company, is not only still standing, but briskly moving forward. Specializing in new homes for its own development portfolio and builder/general contractor services for real estate investors, Omni-Metro Development, LLC is headed by President Markus Dabrowski, who brings to the business 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction and property development, including new homes, commercial centers and office buildings.

Based in Falls Church, Omni-Metro Development, LLC had been financing its projects through mortgage brokers for years, when in 2008 the economic crisis resulted in a severe credit crunch. When the mortgage broker was unable to provide Markus the financing required, Omni-Metro needed to secure a line of credit fast. Referred to John Marshall Bank, Markus Dabrowski received a response that was a powerful game-changer for the construction/development company. As he remembers:

Before I knew it, here was the president of the bank, Bill Ridenour, and Tom Davis, senior vice president, personally coming by my job site to assess the project and then offering the assistance and financing I desperately needed.”
