The most important thing you can do is to make sure all your personal information and contact details are up to date. You can review and update your personal and contact information by going to “Self Service” in the top navigation.
Nope! Your username and password will remain the same throughout and after the transition. That being said, if your username contains special characters, there’s a small chance you will have to make a slight change since certain special characters are not supported. If this is the case, the system will notify you when you login for the first time after the update.
All your account info, such as account number, credit and debit card numbers, account history, bill payments, scheduled transfers, other automatic payments, and other data will all stay the same – worry free.
No, this update will happen automatically. The only thing you will need to do is accept the updated terms and conditions upon logging into the updated system for the first time.
Yes, you will still be able to access Personal Online Banking during the transition period. We took care to ensure the process is seamless and has minimal impact on your day-to-day banking operations. Some third-party apps may have temporary delays as Personal Online Banking updates, but those delays will stop after the update is complete.
The same way you access Personal Online Banking now. On desktop, you can login through our site – the link at the very top of the page won’t change. Our mobile app isn’t changing, either.
